The prefabricated substation (referred to as the substation) is used for 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as a substation, distribution, metering, compensation, system and protection device.

In addition to the transformer, the high-voltage side is also equipped with a four-station (two-station) load switch, a backup protection fuse and a plug-in fuse.

Feature introduction

    According to the user's requirements, the low-voltage test can be equipped with control appliances, distribution appliances, compensation devices and meters, etc., and the transformer is used as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium.

Structural features

    The skeleton structure of the substation is made of channel steel and angle steel, which has high mechanical strength. The shell is made of stainless steel or color steel plate, non-metal and other materials, the surface is smooth and flat, the product is beautiful and generous, and has good anti-corrosion performance.

    Each room of the substation is separated into an independent chamber by partitions.

    The top cover is a double-layer structure to prevent heat radiation.

    There is an exhaust fan on the top of the transformer, which automatically controls the temperature in the transformer room and increases air convection to lower the chamber.

    For the convenience of monitoring and maintenance, there are no lighting devices in the transformer room and the high-voltage room, and the travel switch is used.

    The rotatable link part of the substation is sealed with rubber tape, which has good moisture-proof ability.

    The traditional product is to install the transformer, high and low voltage operating rooms separately. The project covers a large area.
