Product Overview

GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear consists of power distribution center (PC cabinet) and motor control center (MCC). It is applicable to power users such as power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises as power conversion and distribution control equipment in AC 50Hz power systems with maximum working voltage up to 660V and maximum working current up to 3150A, for power distribution, generator control, and lighting.         

This series of products has the advantages of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, advanced and reasonable structure, practical electrical schemes, strong seriality and versatility, and arbitrary combination of various scheme units. A single cabinet can accommodate more circuits, saving floor space, with an attractive appearance, high protection class, safety, reliability, and easy maintenance.       

This product complies with IEC61439, NEMA ICS2-322 standards, as well as the national standard GB/T7251 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies" and the professional standard ZB-K36001-1989 "Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear Assemblies". 

Use Environment

1.Altitude not exceeding 2000m.

2.Ambient air temperature not higher than +40℃, and average temperature within 24h not higher than +35℃, ambient air temperature not lower than -5℃.

3.Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% at +40℃, allowing higher relative humidity at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20℃).

4.No places with fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, or violent vibration. 5,Inclination with vertical plane not exceeding 5 degrees.

6.This product is suitable for transportation and storage at temperatures between -25℃ and +55℃, and not exceeding +70℃ for a short time (no more than 24h). 

7.If the above-mentioned operating conditions cannot be met, the user shall put forward the issue to the manufacturer when placing an order for negotiation and resolution.
